Transfer Powder

Transfer powders or hot melts are thermoplastic, solvent-free copolyester binders that can be used for different substrates and applications.

In textile printing, they are mostly used to create plastisol transfer, where the fine or coarse powder is distributed over the ink that has yet to dry after the last stage of printing. The fine powder can also be mixed with the ink that is used during the last stage of printing. It is possible to combine both techniques. Can be used with the UR 2500 inks.

FPO powders are fine powders, GPO powders are coarse.
